Factory Built Insulated Hydronic Piping Systems

The below depicted insulated hydronic piping systems provide adequate moisture & insulation
protection to the environment plus adequate insulation between the supply & return piping.

HeatSeal - piping systems are made of cross-linked polyethylene (PEX) with oxygen diffusion barrier. PEX is used for its long term stability, excellent thermal characteristics, and resistance to abrasion, corrosion and chemicals. Insulation consists of flexible, CFC free PEX foam with excellent heat insulation properties. Corrugated HDPE twin wall sheath provides a protective barrier against installation and backfill damage, superior weather resistance and water proofing.
Ecoflex Thermal Twin - is a pre-insulated piping system designed for fluid transfer in heating and cooling applications for temperatures up to 203F and an operating pressure of 87 to 145 psi depending on the operating
temperature. The PEX carrier pipe also features an oxygen barrier.
Logstor's Dual PEX-Flex - it's flexible nature makes it attractive for thermal heating projects using hot water or glycol for temperatures up to 203F and an operating pressure of 87 to 145 psi depending on the operating temperature. The PEX carrier pipe also features an oxygen barrier.
Logstor's - Cu-Flex pipe system has a carrier pipe made of soft annealed copper, intended for temperatures up to 266F and a maximum operating pressure of 232 psi. Ideal for long runs of direct buried thermal solar piping from panels to tank.
