"Full Factory Warranty"

            Global Hydronics warrants the  Outdoor Hot Water Furnace against corrosion and workmanship for a period of 20 years. The first 5 years we provide 100% coverage, the sixth year will be prorated to 90%, the seventh year 80%, the eight year 70%, the ninth year 60%, the tenth year 50%, the eleventh year 40%, the twelfth year 30%, the thirteenth year 20%, the fourteenth to twentieth year 10%.

          All electrical components and stoker carry a one year warranty.

          Global Hydronics does not warrant against freezing, over heating, alterations to furnace, pressurizing, negligence, or use of other fuel source not certified for use with this unit.

          All transportation and installation costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered under warranty.

          All furnaces must have a rust inhibitor added to the water. It is imperative that the PH level in your furnace be kept between 9.5 - 10 at all times. It is mandatory to check PH levels at least twice a year. Once a month during heating season is highly recommended. If your PH is maintained at the proper level, corrosion cannot take place.

          It is the responsibility of the owner to follow proper maintenance procedures as outlined in the operator?s manual.

          The above warranty is solely between the factory and the distributor or dealer. Any Variation to this warranty, in whole or in part, is the responsibility of the distributor or dealer.
