Typical Outdoor Hydronic System Mobile Home Installation Costs

What is included:

    1) Sized boiler system pumps & boiler connections.

    2) Insulated underground building service piping - 75' (Boiler located +/- 65' from building)

    3) Heat exchanger(s) (90 MBtu radiator for furnace, domestic hot water side arm exchanger)

    4) Furnace radiator bypass zone valve control package (includes: fittings, air vent)

    5) Domestic installation package (includes: hot water tempering valve, installation fittings)

What is needed:

    1) Preferred Outdoor Boiler.

    2) Boiler freight to your location, typically with a tandem car haul type trailer (usually available for rent for around $100.00 from rental company, if you do not have access to one)

    3) Concrete pad or gravel boiler pad.

    4) Excavation & backfill for installing insulated underground building service piping.

    5) Boiler Glycol.

    6) Inside piping and fittings (typically 1" copper pipe) supply and return from the insulated underground piping building penetration, to the heat exchanger(s) location(s).

    7) Furnace fan relay if furnace is not equipped with summer fan thermostat option.

    8) Installation labor - professional or install yourself with the help of friends and family?
