Q-H20
Commercial Warranty
Power to Go products, intended for commercial and municipal use, receive
a six month limited or 1000 hour (which ever comes first), warranty.
Q-H20 Quality Water Solutions (Retail) Inc. (Q-H20) warrants to the
original retail purchaser only, that the product purchased shall be free
from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, under normal use
and service during the warranty period. For generators over 5kw, unless
used with an extension cord and/or not connected to an electrical
utility, guarantees are voided if an approved transfer switch or
generator switch is not used.
The warranty period to the purchaser commences on the delivery date of
the product as shown on this document.
Warranty Qualification
The
product must be purchased from an authorized Q-H20 Quality water
Solutions (Retail) Inc. dealer. The warranty is for the original retail
purchaser and
non-transferable.
Q-H20 will Repair or Replace Under Warranty
Q-H20 will repair or replace, at its option, any part that is proven to
be defective in material or workmanship under normal use during the
applicable warranty period. Warranty repairs and replacements will be
made without charge for parts and labor. Anything replaced under
warranty becomes the property of Q-H20. All parts replaced under
warranty will be considered as part of the original product and warranty
on those parts will expire coincident with the original product
warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not extend to parts affected by accident and/or
collision, corrosion or rust, normal wear, fuel contamination, use in an
application for which the product was not designed, unauthorized
service, or any other misuse or neglect. We will not cover parts that
have been damaged or depreciated by misuse, abuse, poor or improper
maintenance or transportation, or incorporation or use of unsuitable
attachments or parts. Unauthorized alteration or any cause other than
defects in material or workmanship of the product will not be covered
under the warranty.
Starting batteries and consumable parts, such as filters, belts,
gaskets, packing, fuses, brushes, fuel injection nozzle valve,
lubricant, protective zinc coat, thermostat and ignition plug, are not
covered under this warranty. All expenses incurred in maintaining and
replacing them shall fall on the purchaser.
Under this Warranty Q-H20 does not have the obligation to bear any fees
for moving or transportation of any Power to Go product to/from the
designated Q-H20 Warranty Centre.
Coverage
A
designated Q-H20 warranty location will replace or repair at our option,
without charge for parts and labour, any parts covered found to be
defective.
If the customer elects to have a unit repaired by a non-designated
service provider, Q-H20 will credit the cost of those parts deemed
defective by Q-H20 due to manufacturing defect upon receipt of the
defective part(s) to Q-H20 at the address shown above. Q-H20 will not
cover labour costs for work done by a non- designated service provider.
Disclaimer of Consequential Damage and Limitation of Implied Warranties
Q-H20 Quality Water Solutions (Retail) Inc. disclaims any responsibility
for the loss of time or use of the product, transportation, commercial
loss, or any other incidental or consequential damage. Any implied
warranties are limited to the duration of the written limited warranty.
